Luca Persico is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Genoa. His research focuses on applied economics, maritime transport economics, and education policy.
Research Interests include:
- Shipping economics and financial multiples in maritime mergers
- Port economics and operational productivity analysis
- Higher education policy modeling and student performance metrics
- Regional economic development through education systems
Teaching Activities: Market Analysis for Maritime Passenger Transport, Customs Data Analysis Laboratory, Territorial Economy, Health Economics, and Economics of Digital Innovation.
