Luboš Pick is a faculty member in the Department of Mathematical Analysis at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University. He maintains an active teaching schedule and research program focused on function spaces and mathematical analysis.

Dr. Pick co-organizes the International Prague seminar on function spaces, a biweekly research seminar that has operated for over 50 years. He also leads the Seminar on elementary properties of function spaces for students in collaboration with Zdeněk Mihula. His teaching portfolio includes advanced courses in mathematical analysis and specialized topics in approximation theory.
He serves on the committee for State doctoral exams in the P4M3 (Mathematical Analysis) program, contributing to examination standards in real and complex analysis as well as differential equations.
