Low Liang Ee is a Lecturer at the Malaysia School of Engineering, Monash University. His research focuses on nanotechnology-driven solutions in biomedical engineering, drug delivery systems, and materials science. He leads and collaborates on projects involving Pickering emulsions, magnetic-responsive nanocomposites, and drug delivery models for cancer therapy. His work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in advancing health and environmental sustainability.
Notable projects include developing a 3D metastatic breast cancer-on-chip model and investigating silica nanoparticles in sprayed coated nanocomposite films. He has received multiple awards, including the ESSFS Excellent Educator Letter of Commendation (2023, 2024) and the School of Engineering Award for Excellence in Research 2023.
His research outputs span 47 peer-reviewed articles, with recent emphasis on Pickering emulsion applications in food, cosmeceuticals, and biomedical imaging. Collaborations span international institutions, reflecting his global research network.
