Dr. Lousin MOUMDJIAN is a guest FWO Postdoctoral Researcher at Hasselt University, affiliated with the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences and the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy. She contributes to teaching in courses like Physiotherapeutic Theory and Practice for Neurological Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Technology in Neurological Populations.
Her research focuses on auditory-motor coupling, predictive coding, and music-based interventions for neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis, cerebellar disease, and developmental coordination disorder. She also explores neuromodulation for disorders of consciousness and technology-supported rehabilitation in Sub-Saharan Africa.
