Louis Moreau-Avila

Louis Moreau-Avila is a researcher affiliated with UniLaSalle and the INTERACT team (Innovation, Territory, Agriculture & Agroindustrie, Knowledge and Technology). His work focuses on sustainability standards, governance of agricultural collectives, and environmental policy in the dairy sector. He contributed to a key study analyzing sustainability standards in farmers' brands in Occitania, France, emphasizing hybrid public-private governance models and environmental criteria in agri-food systems.
