Louis D. Brown

Louis D. Brown, PhD, is an Associate Professor at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) School of Public Health's El Paso Campus. His work in the Department of Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences focuses on community-engaged interventions for mental and behavioral health in low-income, minority populations, particularly Hispanic communities along the US-Mexico border.
