Lori Byington is an Assistant Professor of English and Director of the Speaking Center at King College. She holds a B.A. in English from King College (1985), an M.A. in English from East Tennessee State University (1987), and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Communication from Minnesota State University, Mankato (2014). With over three decades of teaching experience, she specializes in freshman composition, research writing, and reading instruction.
