Lopamudra Saxena is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Agroecology, Water and Resilience at Coventry University, UK. She holds a PhD in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management from the University of York and an MPhil in Applied Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India.

Her research focuses on food geographies, sustainability, and resilience, particularly examining community-led food initiatives across the UK and India. She explores:

- Food poverty, gender, and policy-practice bridges
Her work intersects with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Zero Hunger, Gender Equality, and Sustainable Cities. She contributes to policy through projects like:
