Dr. Logan Paul Gage is a Professor of Philosophy and Director of Catholic Studies at Franciscan University of Steubenville. He holds a B.A. from Whitworth College (2004) and M.A./Ph.D. from Baylor University (2011/2014). His doctoral work on the phenomenal conception of evidence earned Baylor’s Outstanding Dissertation Award (2014-2015).
His research focuses on epistemology and philosophy of religion, with secondary interests in ethics, metaphysics, history of philosophy (especially St. Thomas Aquinas), and philosophy of science. Notable contributions include analyses of John Henry Newman’s epistemology, design arguments, and critiques of New Atheism.
