Lloyd Trotman

Lloyd Trotman is Professor at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory's Cancer Center, serving as Deputy Director of Education. His research focuses on metastasis mechanisms in prostate cancer, employing innovative genetic mouse models and 3D whole-organ imaging to study cancer progression at single-cell resolution.

Primary research explores: neuro-metastasis interfaces in prostate cancer, dietary interventions against cancer progression, and novel therapeutic targets through genome-wide screens. Publications consistently investigate PI3K pathway regulation, tumor microenvironment interactions, and metabolic vulnerabilities in cancer.
