Lloyd Bartlett is a Course Lecturer at McGill University's School of Continuing Studies (SCS). He holds an MBA (specialization in Project Management) from Queen’s University, is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Quebec since 1976, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 1998. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in project management coaching and consulting, focusing on scalable project tracking systems, project initiation and kick-off planning tools, team development, and establishing project management offices (PMOs) tailored to organizational needs.
