Ljupcho Stojkovski is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law “Justinian First” of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje. His expertise lies in International Public Law, with a focus on the United Nations Security Council, Responsibility to Protect (R2P), and international humanitarian law. He teaches courses on International Public Law, Diplomatic Law, International Organizations, and International Humanitarian Law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including clinical programs.
His research explores UNSC dynamics, climate security in the Western Balkans, and ethical dimensions of humanitarian intervention. Notable works analyze the impact of the 'New Cold War' on UNSC effectiveness and the philosophical foundations of R2P. He maintains an active academic presence through international conferences and scholarly publications.
Dr. Stojkovski advises students on topics ranging from diplomatic affairs to international treaty law. His office is located in E-6, with consultations available Tuesdays 12–14h and Thursdays 10–12h.
