Ljubisa Jovanovic is a Researcher at the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Media and Communications, Singidunum University in Belgrade, Serbia. He holds a Psychology degree from the University of Belgrade (1991) and is a certified gestalt psychotherapist, serving as head of student practice and author of four social protection training programs.
