Ljubinka Andonoska

Dr. Ljubinka Andonoska is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She teaches in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program within the College of Liberal Arts. Her academic background includes an MPA and PhD from Arizona State University. Her research focuses on public administration management, government budgeting, public financial management, and fiscal decentralization.
