Liza Hall

Liza Hall is a Researcher affiliated with the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS) at the University of Strathclyde. Her work focuses on advanced manufacturing and materials science, particularly in hot forging processes, alloy behavior, and material coatings. She has collaborated with industry partners such as Forth Dimension Displays Ltd on knowledge exchange projects.

Her research interests include optimizing forging die lifespans through advanced coatings, constitutive modeling of materials under extreme conditions, and the mechanical properties of titanium alloys. Key projects include studies on HIPIMS-deposited coatings and the forgeability of β titanium alloys.
