Liz Watson is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Geography, University of Cambridge, and affiliated with the Conservation Research Institute. Her work focuses on climate change adaptation in Eastern African drylands, particularly examining shifts from cattle to camel pastoralism among Borana communities in northern Kenya. She explores intersections of ecology, cultural identity, and development policy in her research.
