Liz Ramos Fernandez is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development. She holds dual certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-A/SLP) and is certified by the American Board of Audiology (ABA) with a specialization in tinnitus management (CH-TM).
Education: Au.D. in Audiology and M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus.
Research focuses on aural rehabilitation for adults, tinnitus assessment/management, and auditory processing disorders. Clinical expertise includes evaluating and addressing hearing loss and communication needs in adult populations.
Currently located in CEHD Room 820, she contributes to clinical education and remains active in audiology practice standards.
