Liz Langlois is the Director of Undergraduate Public Health Studies at the Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, Tulane University. With over 20 years of experience in research and program management, she advises more than 600 undergraduate students while fostering intentional academic and career decision-making.
- Education: Master of Science in Public Health (Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine), Master of Science in Urban Studies (University of New Orleans), Bachelor of Arts in Spanish (Marquette University)
Her research and professional work spans environmental/occupational health, GIS, maternal and child health, curriculum development, and public health outreach. She previously served as a Math & Science teacher in Cameroon with the US Peace Corps, reflecting her commitment to global education and community engagement.
Liz actively contributes to public health education through program leadership and newsletter initiatives like "TAYLOR Updates" for student engagement.
