Liz Galvez

Liz Galvez is a Lecturer affiliated with the University of Malta through DiploFoundation, specializing in public diplomacy, multilateral negotiations, and diplomatic training. With a 33-year career as a senior British diplomat, she served in roles including Counsellor with the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, with overseas postings in Finland, Central America, and Romania.
