Liz Brock is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator in the Department of Agriculture, Nutrition, and Food Systems at the University of New Hampshire's College of Life Sciences and Agriculture (COLSA). She holds a D.V.M. and M.S. from Cornell University and a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire. Her work bridges animal science and environmental agriculture, focusing on topics such as soil management, animal health, and reproductive physiology.
Her research interests include phosphorus sorption in soils, manure management, and the environmental impacts of agricultural practices. She teaches courses like Animal Anatomy & Physiology, Physiology of Reproduction, and Field Experience.
Brock received the COLSA Outstanding Advisor Award in 2024, recognizing her excellence in academic guidance. She coordinates programs that integrate classroom learning with practical agricultural experience, emphasizing hands-on training and real-world applications.
