Lisa Willey is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Behavioral and Health Sciences at Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU), joining in May 2020. She specializes in occupational therapy and ministry education, combining over 35 years of clinical experience with 3+ years of teaching in occupational therapy programs and 5+ years in ministry courses. Her expertise spans neurological, cardiac, pediatric, and mental health conditions, along with extensive fieldwork supervision.

Her doctoral work in semiotics explores symbolic communication in healthcare contexts.
Ministry & Leadership: Served 25+ years as a pastor, with roles in Youth Ministry, Pastoral Care, and Missional Outreach. Balances clinical expertise with theological education, emphasizing compassionate patient and congregational care.
