Lisa Wilkerson is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Lake Forest College. She holds a BS in Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana (1993), an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Loyola University Chicago (2006), and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago (2008). Previously, she served as a retiree from TAP Pharmaceuticals/Abbott/AbbVie, where she held roles such as General Manager/Asset Strategy Leader (2021–2024) and various Director positions in Global HCV Marketing, Endocrinology Marketing, and Mature Business/Established Brands.
Her professional experience includes over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on marketing and leadership roles. Her research interests align with entrepreneurship, healthcare industry dynamics, and business strategy innovation. She has received multiple awards from AbbVie, including the Chairman’s Award (2021) and repeated Best in Class and President Awards between 2014–2021.
