Lisa Turissini is a Professor and School Director at Marymount University's School of Education. With 15 years of experience as a teacher, school principal, and executive vice president of a non-profit organization, she joined Marymount in 2004 as an adjunct professor and later became Chair of the education department in 2013. Her work focuses on preparing educators for diverse communities and overseeing teacher preparation program accreditations through CAEP and VDOE.
