Lisa Thomas is a Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, affiliated with the Orvis School of Nursing. She is also the RN/BSN Track Leader and has held leadership roles in professional associations as Executive Director of the Nevada Nurses Association (2000-2005) and Healthcare Worker Safety Liaison for the American Nurses Association (1998-2005).
