Lisa Pearson

Lisa Pearson is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she co-teaches a course on Workers’ Compensation. Concurrently, she serves as a Workers’ Compensation Trial Court Judge at the Office of Administrative Hearings since 2018. Her professional background includes over 20 years as a defense attorney representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation cases for organizations such as Travelers, Liberty Mutual Insurance Companies, and the League of Minnesota Cities, as well as private practice at Erstad and Riemer. Earlier, she worked as a Staff Attorney at the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals from 1995 to 1997.
