Dr. Lisa Olenik Dorman serves as Professor of Physical Education and Sport Studies at Huntingdon College, alongside roles as 504/ADA Coordinator and Director of Student Access Services. She holds a Ph.D. in Adapted Physical Activity and Disability Sport from the University of Alberta (1998) and has taught at institutions including Auburn University Montgomery, Endicott College, and Boston University.

Her research focuses on disability sport participation, MS management through exercise, and inclusive physical education. She developed Huntingdon's Wheelin’ Hawks program, Adapted PE curriculum, and Disability Sport Network. Key contributions include the PACE Model for MS patients and the Adult Degree Completion Program in the School of Business.
Notable publications address MS exercise protocols, female athletes in Paralympic sport, and FES-assisted rehabilitation. Awards include the Gordon Chappell Academic Service Award (2009) and Erasmus Mundus Fellowship (2006). She serves on the International Paralympic Committee's Women & Sport Commission and reviews for Adapted Physical Activity Quarterly.
