Lisa M. Korenman, PhD, serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Military Academy (West Point), where she has taught since 2007. Her instructional responsibilities include introductory psychology, research methods, neurocognitive foundations of behavior, and thesis supervision for cadets.
Her academic qualifications comprise:

- MA in Psychology from American University
- BA in Psychology with Music Minor from Skidmore College (1993)
Dr. Korenman's research program centers on how facial and vocal characteristics influence leadership perception and subsequent memory retention, bridging cognitive neuroscience and social psychology. Her work examines visual factors in character perception and memory within complex search tasks, with applications to organizational leadership dynamics and cognitive processing.
