Lisa Lindström is a Doctoral Student and Lecturer at Mid Sweden University's Department of Psychology and Social Work (PSO). Her research focuses on refugee mental health, trauma assessment, and integration outcomes, with additional work in perinatal psychology through projects like ReWrite Birth and RooT - Refugee mental health and integration outcome over Time.
Recent publications include validation of the Dari version of the International Trauma Questionnaire-Child and Adolescent Version (ITQ-CA) for Afghan children exposed to trauma (2025). This work intersects with refugee mental health, cross-cultural psychology, and adolescent trauma assessment.
