Lisa Hammett Price is a Professor and Program Director for Speech-Language Pathology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), within the College of Health Sciences' Allied and Public Health Department. She holds a PhD in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Georgia, and MS/BS degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from James Madison University. Her certifications include ASHA's CCC-SLP and PA licensure.
Research focuses on cultural competence in clinical practice, outcomes of clinical interventions (e.g., Rectify & Reform cases), and leveraging book-reading routines to enhance language development in children.
