Lisa Brooks, Ed.D., is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Teacher Education within the University of Central Florida. With over 27 years of experience in K-8 education, she specializes in teacher facilitation of student discourse to enhance conceptual understanding of mathematics. Her expertise spans Elementary Education, Mathematics Education, and Science Education, supported by Florida K-6 certification and ESOL endorsement.
