Lionel Walsh is a Professor and Director of the School of Dramatic Art at the University of Windsor, within the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. He has directed numerous notable productions including Mary’s Wedding (2024), Almost, Maine (2023), and the Canadian premiere of Choking the Butterfly (2016). His work spans classic and contemporary theatre, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement.
