Linsheng Guo

Linsheng Guo, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases. He is also a staff physician at the North Texas VA Health Care System in Dallas. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Guo joined UT Southwestern in 2018.

Dr. Guo earned his medical degree from Hubei Medical College (China), followed by a master's in medical science from Tongji Medical University (Wuhan, China). He completed his internal medicine residency at Pufang General Hospital (Puqi, China) and Ochsner Clinic Foundation Hospital (New Orleans, LA), then advanced training in hepatology and liver transplants via a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Arizona.

His research interests focus on digestive and liver diseases, including clinical hepatology and transplant medicine.
