Lindsey Barrett serves as an Assistant Professor of Law at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, teaching Artificial Intelligence, Consumer Privacy Regulation, Internet Law, Information Privacy Law, and Contracts. Her research addresses critical intersections of technology and law including consumer privacy regulation, AI governance, police surveillance through consumer technologies, and digital equity impacts on marginalized populations, with emphasis on cross-disciplinary collaboration. Scholarship appears in top journals like Georgetown Law Journal and Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and she co-founded the Georgetown Law Technology Review.
