Lindsay Ripley

Lindsay Ripley, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, a medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a master's degree in nonfiction creative writing from Antioch University.

Her professional focus includes clinical practice in internal medicine and hospital medicine, complemented by interdisciplinary interests in health communication and narrative medicine. Dr. Ripley joined UT Southwestern's faculty in 2018 and contributes to medical education and patient care initiatives.

Outside medicine, she engages in family time, reading, travel, and fitness activities.
