Linda Wänström is an Associate Professor and Docent at Linköping University, affiliated with the Division of Statistics and Machine Learning (STIMA) within the Department of Computer and Information Science (IDA). Her work focuses on professional self-efficacy in educational and healthcare contexts, cognitive development trends, and bullying dynamics. She contributes to the STIMA division's research on data science and statistical methodologies, including the international master's program in Statistics and Machine Learning.
Her research explores how educational and healthcare professionals develop resilience through training programs, with a particular interest in moral disengagement mechanisms and their impact on bullying behaviors.
