Linda Weiser Friedman is a Professor in the Paul H. Chook Department of Information Systems and Statistics at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College (CUNY). She holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research (1983) and an M.S. in Applied Statistics (1980) from Polytechnic Institute of New York, and a B.A. in Statistics/Biology (1976) from Baruch College. Her research spans Corporate Social Responsibility, Leadership, Operations Research, Humor Studies, and Quantitative Modeling, with a focus on ethical leadership, simulation metamodeling, and Jewish humor as a cultural/social justice tool.

Her teaching includes courses in Business Statistics, Object-Oriented Programming, and Jewish Humor.
