Linda Roy is a Lecturer at the School of Nursing, Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care, Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford. With over 8 years of clinical experience in Cardiac, Oncology, and Cardiothoracic Surgery, she transitioned into academia, joining Oxford Brookes University in 2019 as an Associate Lecturer before moving to Essex to work as a Placement Co-ordinator with Mid and South Essex Trust while collaborating with Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Essex.

Linda actively supervises research in cardiac rehabilitation and nursing education, leveraging her Placement Co-ordinator experience where she conducted a strategic comparative study on student placement capacity in surgical units.
