Linda Phillips

Linda Phillips, MD is a Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), serving as Associate Director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Program, Division Chief of Plastic Surgery, and Medical Director of Plastic Surgery. Her academic roles focus on advancing surgical education and clinical practice in plastic surgery.
