Linda Pallock, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science at the University of Arizona's Norton School of Human Ecology. She holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) and a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UWMadison). Her research focuses on the impact of ethnic and American identity on adolescent and emerging adult psychological well-being, as well as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) in educational contexts. Her teaching portfolio includes courses on child development, leadership ethics, sociocultural contexts of development, aging, and parenting.
Pallock’s work examines how cultural identity, social acceptance, and institutional DEI&B practices influence student retention, academic achievement, and campus experiences. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at Cleveland State University (Department of Education) and Kent State University (HDFS department).
