Linda M Wills is an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, with an adjunct appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor in the College of Computing. She holds the Demetrius T. Paris, Jr. Professorship for Teaching Excellence.
Dr. Wills earned her S.B., M.S., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Her research focuses on embedded computer vision, parallelizing multimedia applications, automated software engineering, and innovative computing education. She has contributed to VLSI systems and digital design through her technical interests.
Her accolades include the NSF Career Award (2001), multiple best paper awards, and teaching recognitions such as the 2010 ECE Outstanding Teacher Award. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and ACM.
She teaches courses like ECE 2020 (Fundamentals of Digital Design) and ECE 2035 (Programming for Hardware/Software Systems).
