Lin Xi's research interests span computer vision, artificial intelligence, and visual/scene understanding, with a current emphasis on medical image segmentation and video object segmentation. Their work integrates advanced machine learning techniques to address challenges in low-light imaging and physiological signal extraction.
Recent publications highlight trends in medical imaging (catheter segmentation in X-rays), unsupervised video segmentation (contrastive motion clustering, motion compensation), and remote photoplethysmography under low-light conditions. Collaborations extend to experts like Prof. Yingliang Ma and Prof. Kai S. Rhode in medical imaging applications.
