Limor Cohen

Dr. Limor Cohen is a researcher in the Department of Nursing at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, affiliated with the Faculty of Health Sciences. She holds advanced degrees in biotechnology engineering, biochemistry, clinical pharmacology, and physiology, with postdoctoral training in biotechnology engineering.

Her research focuses on cancer mechanisms, including cancer cell formation, drug resistance, and the development of immunotherapies using patient-derived immune cells. This work aims to create targeted cell therapies that spare healthy organs and enhance immune memory, in collaboration with the Cell Therapy Unit at Soroka Hospital.
