Lily E. Frank

Dr. Lily E. Frank is Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Ethics at Eindhoven University of Technology's Department of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences. She holds additional appointments as EAISI Foundational and Health Assistant Professor.

Research Focus

Her interdisciplinary work examines:

• Biomedical ethics and moral psychology
• Technology ethics and human enhancement
• Reproductive ethics (abortion, artificial uterus)
• Moral implications of AI and robotics

She co-leads the NWO/MVI project developing mobile support systems for behavior change and is part of the 4TU Center for Ethics and Technology.
