Lily Chang, PharmD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), affiliated with the College of Pharmacy's Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science. She also serves as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at the PCMH Clinic, focusing on direct patient care services.
