Lillian Durán is a Professor in the Department of Special Education and Clinical Sciences at the University of Oregon's College of Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, an M.A. in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Antioch College.
