Dr. Liesel Carlsson is a Professor and Interim Director at Acadia University, located in Huggins Science Hall, Room 423. She specializes in interdisciplinary research and teaching at the intersection of food systems, sustainability, and human health.
- Education: PhD in Strategic Sustainable Development from Blekinge Institute of Technology; Master of Science in Applied Human Nutrition from Mount Saint Vincent University; Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with Honours from Acadia University.
