Lia Gerdes is a part-time Researcher at the Institute for Organizational Design and Collaboration Engineering (ODCE) at Technische Universität Hamburg (TUHH). She holds a Master's degree in Innovation & Business from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor's degree in Production and Process Engineering from the University of Bremen.
Her professional background includes roles as a project engineer in special machine construction, General Manager at alstrio GmbH, Business Development Manager at Akka Germany GmbH, and Project Engineer at CREADIS GmbH. She also founded a company aimed at accelerating innovation projects through collaborative idea development and iterative prototyping.
Her research focuses on exploring optimal conditions for developing new, innovative products, particularly in distributed and collaborative innovation contexts. This includes studying creativity, idea generation, and digital/technology-driven innovation processes.
Currently affiliated with TUHH, her work bridges academic inquiry with industry实践经验, emphasizing practical applications of innovation frameworks in engineering and business environments.
