Li-Shiuan Peh is a Provost's Chair Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS). She previously held faculty positions at MIT (2013-2016) and Princeton University (2002-2009), advancing from Assistant to full Professor.

Her research focuses on energy-efficient hardware systems, spanning neural network accelerators for edge computing, privacy-preserving embedded systems, on-chip communication networks, and hardware security. Current projects include AI-on-skin interfaces, secure Network-on-Chip (NoC) architectures, and low-power wearable sensors.
