Li Hao is a Professor at the Vancouver School of Economics, part of the Faculty of Arts at the University of British Columbia. His research focuses on microeconomic theory, game theory, contract theory, and decision-making under uncertainty. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, USA.
His work explores:
- Committee Decision-Making: Strategic delays, deadlines, and information aggregation in repeated voting games.
- Matching Markets: Sorting dynamics, early contracting rushes, and price competition in two-sided markets.
- Information Economics: Signaling, credible ratings, and optimal information disclosure in financial and labor markets.
