Levente Rónai is a Research Fellow at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Szeged. He holds an MA in Cognitive and Neuropsychology and is affiliated with the Department of Personality and Health Psychology. His research focuses on psychopathology, affective neuroscience, and cognitive neuroscience, with a particular emphasis on schizotypy, emotion regulation, and network analysis. He is a core member of the ELTE Stress and Emotions Lab. Key skills include multilevel modeling, structural equation modeling, and R programming.
His research explores the dynamic interplay between cognitive control and emotional reactivity, the network structure of schizotypy, and the role of affective dysregulation in psychosis vulnerability. Rónai’s publications span topics such as network approaches to mental disorders, temporal dynamics of affective states, and methodological critiques of psychopathological frameworks. He has contributed to over 10 peer-reviewed articles and collaborates with institutions like the University of Bonn and Radboud University.
